At Lozec Creation Academy, we strive to provide the highest quality educational programs and digital products to our students and customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where refunds are necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds for our fine art academy courses and digital products.
Fine Art Academy Courses:
Tuition Fee: All tuition fees for our BFA coaching, art diploma programs, certificate courses, and other academy programs are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellation: In the event that a student wishes to cancel their enrollment in a course, they must notify us in writing at least [Number] days prior to the start date of the course. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the tuition fee.
Course Materials: Any course materials or resources provided as part of the program are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and Email- support@lozeccreation.com us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also kindly click a photo or shoot a video of the same.
Digital Products: Exceptions / non-returnable items
Ebooks and Courses: All sales of digital products such as fine art ebooks, art courses, and other educational materials are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once they have been purchased and accessed.
Quality Assurance: While we strive to ensure the highest quality of our digital products, if you encounter any technical issues or discrepancies with your purchase, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Exceptions:
Defective Products: In the rare event that a digital product is found to be defective or materially different from what was advertised, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or technical failures, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel courses or digital product sales. In such cases, refunds may be offered at our discretion.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products") We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, discounts items or gift cards.

You must raise a request to return your order within 5 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund. In case of failure to raise a complaint within 5 days, the return request will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

While raising a return request, keep the following handy for a smooth approval process.

5. videos of the items in the same condition that you received them.
Note- product which has been used or hampered with will not be approved for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Upon approval, we will take 30 business days to have the amount refunded through the payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
