Terms & conditions of Lozec Creation Academy 

* You have to Submit/Deposit Maintenance/Tuition Fee in full at the time of admission prior. 

* Any kind of payment will not be valid without receipt.

* Lozec Creation Academy Fee/Maintenance changes existing and rules can be changed according to the Lozec Creation Academy requirements without given any information/notice.

* Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable in any condition.

* The class will be held according to the Syllabus/Course. One hour per class will be counted, which includes setup and pack up. You have to take classes for 2 hours a day. If trainer requires extra/extend classes, trainer can take more than two classes in single day as per requirement. Applicant have to attend. 

* If the applicant skips the classes/activities due to any reason then he/she cannot be demanded/claimed for any kind of classes/activities. There will be an absence mark.

* Class timing/day and class venue not be changed in any condition. Lozec Creation Academy can changed class mode (online/offline) timing and venue according to situations.

* The admission applicant will be cancelled if he/she remains absent for 6 days without prior information.

* Undisciplined or any other activities applicants that harm Lozec Creation Academy to such Member/Applicant/Student Shall not be tolerated in the Lozec Creation Academy. Their names shall be cut lifetime from the registration as soon as they are found guilty of undisciplined any other harmful activities.

* The Lozec Creation Academy reserves the right to accept or reject the any application. without giving any reason.

* Parents/Guardians are not allowed to enter inside the Lozec Creation Academy classes.

* Identity Card is mandatory in class/Activities. If ID card is lost, then new ID card will be issued after application/FIR and paying Rs.200/- ,and students will have to carry their Stationary/Water/Food etc. in the class or activities.

* Lozec Creation Academy will not be responsible for any loss/damage of your personal belongings.

* Usage of any objects which disturb the Class/Activity will not be permitted in the Lozec Creation Academy.

* Please attach with admission form Your ID Proof (pan card, voter id, passport) & Address Proof ( Adhaar card, Electricity Bill).And three recent passport size color photographs. All Documents Self Attested.

* If applicant is below 18. Parents have to submit their documents (Adhaar card) along with self-attested, signature and thumb impression on the form.

* For certificate/diploma, you have to compulsory submit non-refundable work after complete your course within 30 days, as per as Lozec Creation Academy guidelines. 

* “Lozec Creation Academy” and “Love kumar soni” can use/publish your photo your identity and your work/content at any platform, anywhere, anytime, digitally and physically for profit or non-profit purpose for which you have no objection. 

* In the Event of any dispute arising in connection with the Interpretation or application of the provisions of this Agreement, the aggrieved party shall give written notice to the other party seeking to resolve the dispute between them amicably within a period of 15 (fifteen) days. Should such settlement not be obtained with in the 15 days period of time, then all such disputes shall be finally settled under the provisions of Indian arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996 or any statue, amendment or re-enactment thereof. 

The place of Arbitration shall be at New Delhi and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi alone shall have the jurisdiction. The language of arbitration will be Hindi. DECLARATIONI have Read all the Instruction, terms & conditions rule and regulation given for the Member/Applicant/Student. 

I will obey and follow all the Rules and Regulation given by Lozec Creation Academy I hereby i agree with all terms and conditions mentioned as aboveI wish to become a Member/Applicant/Student of Lozec Creation Academy of my own free will and volition without any force, pressure or under influence. 

I agree to pay nonrefundable Admission Fee and the subscription in full in favor of “Lozec Creation Academy”. I will abide by all its laws/bye-laws.I declare that all information submitted here, are true is best of my knowledge.
